Sam is a local to the Wenatchee Valley founded American Exterior Solutions in February 2020.
Our doors opened February 2020, right before the global pandemic hit (great timing, we know!)
Despite the challenging timing, we knew what we wanted to accomplish… to provide top-notch commercial roofing services to the Central Washington community.
We have extensive experience in the roofing industry, having worked for the largest roofing and siding company in the country before deciding to focus on serving our own local valley needs so local companies didn’t have to deal with larger contractors who don’t understand the Valley or their needs as we can.

Sam
Sam founded American Exterior Solutions in 2020 — right in the middle of the pandemic. After years at one of the largest roofing and siding contractors in the country, he saw his former employer moving into the Wenatchee Valley and decided his community deserved a local team instead.
Sam owns and runs AES day-to-day, leading a crew that peaks at 23 people during busy season. His deep experience with commercial roofing systems and a relationship-first approach have kept the company fully booked — and booking into next year. His goal has always been simple: quality work and lasting relationships with the businesses and growers of Central Washington.
