Justin Presler
Owner/Contractor
Justin is a native of Cashmere WA. After high school he moved to Seattle to chase his big city dreams. After falling in love with his wife of Cashmere, Gardenia, they felt that raising their children in the home town they grew up in was the only thing that felt right. Justin spent 17 years away from home working as a commercial roofer and has learned all aspects of the trades. His go-getter attitude and friendly personality brought him to the top of this field running crews all over the state. Unfortunately for a family man that meant little time with the ones he loves. Now as a father of three, and one on the way, he has the opportunity to share his unique talents with his home town and the rest of Central WA. By forming American Exterior Solutions, Justin has given himself and his family the ability to have the life they all deserve. “I’m thankful to God for the family I’ve always dreamt of and the opportunity to live and serve in this beautiful valley.”
Sam Kanyer
Owner/Contractor
Sam Kanyer grew up in Arlington WA, in a large family. One of the family businesses was a construction company. From the day he got his first set of real tool bags Sam was hooked. Something about building brought out a passion for helping others to live out their dreams. From cabinetry and furniture Sam got a feel for the art of construction. Backed by his now 20 years of commercial/residential construction experience he takes that passion for what he does and brings it to AES creating lasting relationships with his clients. Being new to the valley, (2009) Sam has made a name for himself as an honest, fun-loving, family man with a serious love for this community. His wife Jennifer who is from Leavenworth and their three kids live in cashmere and are totally invested in this fun small town community. Sam hopes to take his years of commercial roofing and siding from the greater Pacific Northwest and bring them home to insure our community can grow with the kind of vision it deserves. American Exterior Solutions hopes to be the face of commercial/industrial and residential envelope contractors for central Washington, making your dreams a reality.
